Jenny speaks with Simon Rodway who is the VP of customer delivery at Entersekt.  He talks about how the pace and magnitude of change in 2020 has accelerated innovation within the financial industry, the issues with tech poverty and how they can be tackled. We discuss  the challenges involved in the of mass adoption of TechEd and the way the banking sector is continuing to responde to the issues the pandemic has thrown up as well as  digital identity, hyper personalisation and the Moonshot initiative in Liverpool.
