In this interview Jenny speaks with Robert Brooker who is the Chairman of the London Fraud Forum and Head of Fraud and Forensics at PKF.   We discuss how fraudsters adapted to the pandemic, the damage caused to victims as well as the motivation and psychology of those who commit this type of crime.
